Key Responsibilities

•Provide executive leadership for a portfolio exceeding $490M in annual revenue, ensuring delivery, financial, client satisfaction, and operational objectives are met.
•Own portfolio performance, including revenue growth, margin optimization, delivery excellence, and client health.
•Lead and develop a team of 17+ Client Delivery Executives and Project Managers, partnering with 20+ matrixed Delivery Leaders.
•Build trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
•Collaborate with sales, solutioning, consulting, and global delivery teams to support business development, strategic pursuits, and client engagement.

Key Requirements

•Current experience managing a portfolio of accounts generating more than $100M in annual revenue.
•5+ years serving as a Client Delivery Executive with success driving account growth and expansion.
•10+ years of progressive experience in client delivery, technology services, consulting, managed services, or related leadership roles.
•Proven success leading large-scale service delivery organizations and managing complex enterprise client relationships.
•Strong financial management experience across revenue, profitability, forecasting, and operational performance.
