Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement services for commissions and discounts with high availability, accuracy, and auditable transactions at scale for the marketplace
•Incorporate AI tools such as Claude Code in the daily development cycle: code generation, error analysis, PR reviews, and documentation
•Be a reference for AI tooling adoption and share learnings and best practices with the team
•Provide proactive visibility of progress and participate in backlog management, refinement, prioritization including technical debt
•Contribute to technical excellence by participating in processes, methodologies, standards, architecture definition, and coordinating dependencies across teams to solve complex problems

Key Requirements

•Solid background in backend development, application architecture, and databases
•Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot or similar
•Experience handling unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
•Experience with AI tooling in engineering (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork) and integrating AI into development workflows
•Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous, scalable processing
