Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and spearhead development of the Advisory GCC team to ensure alignment, cohesion, and high-performance delivery.
  • •Develop and implement a GCC advisory strategy aligned to UK strategy, identifying service expansion opportunities with business units.
  • •Build centers of excellence and operating platforms that promote innovation and best practices across regions.
  • •Drive advisory operating model design (centralized vs decentralized) and track progress against commercial KPIs.
  • •Identify and enable digital initiatives (e.g., proposal automation, digital delivery models) to improve efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate or Honours Degree, with an MBA or equivalent diploma in business/management/economics (or related discipline).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership within a professional services/advisory environment.
  • •Proven delivery of strategic and operational outcomes across complex, multi-region organizations.
  • •Experience leading large, distributed teams, ideally across global capability centers or shared service environments.
  • •Strong financial and commercial acumen, including managing budgets and tracking KPIs, with stakeholder management experience.
