Job Summary

Manage the full day-to-day operations of the Boutique L'Illa store, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Lead the store commercial area and team by ensuring Pandora product presentation standards, driving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. Set individual objectives, control budgets and schedules, monitor store performance using KPIs, implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns, and handle stock levels and ordering.
