Key Responsibilities

•Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
•Perform variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
•Create and enhance reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
•Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
•Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems, and prepare executive-level financial presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
•Minimum of 12 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in large-scale projects or real estate development.
•Proven experience leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.
•Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
•Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in finance-related software are required.
