Lead and mentor a team of CAD Technicians delivering 2D/3D Civil design outputs for airfield, maritime, and pavement projects. Ensure quality, standards compliance, and efficient CAD delivery across UK and international workstreams while coordinating with engineers and BIM/CAD platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead CAD Technicians in producing quality 2D/3D CAD drawings and models;
•Mentor team members and provide guidance on CAD/drawing production;
•Ensure drawings comply with in-house and client drafting standards;
•Maintain and develop in-house drafting standards;
•Contribute to modelling delivery process and ensure delivery aligns with CAD/BIM standards and safety/risk management

•Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD CAD software;
•Proficient in Civil 3D modelling;
•Experience with Navisworks for design coordination;
