•Coach, mentor, and manage 4+ global ICs, with future growth and hiring potential
•Collaborate with the Sales teams to support deal cycles, including RFPs, pitches, and on-site sessions
•Build and maintain subject matter expertise in the Braze service offerings currently supported by the team to enable effective consultancy support during pre-sales and become a point of contact for other internal business teams
•Manage expectations to deliver for sales and post-sales leadership
•Liaise closely with post-sales leadership to ensure they are supported by pre-sales

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales or service delivery, consulting, or business analysis.

•Experience working with Sales teams during deal cycles or exposure to sales motions from a post-sales role.
•Willingness and ability to travel to prospective customer offices for on-site visits and collaboration.
