Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in offer reviews before receiving customer orders.
  • •Receive, control, and launch customer orders: organize kick-off meetings, review technical/commercial/financial/logistics/legal aspects, record orders in the ERP, and distribute internally.
  • •Develop the project schedule, analyze risks, and formalize budget monitoring.
  • •Coordinate project execution and documentary validation: integrate customer comments/technical sheets into approval documents and manage change requests while preserving margin and favorable execution conditions.
  • •Ensure order closure: obtain shipment authorization, coordinate packaging and shipment with logistics/shipping, and support continuous improvement and safety compliance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in business management, commerce, or a technical/mechanical field.
  • •3 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in an international environment.
  • •Mastery of project management principles.
  • •Proficiency in English (B2 Linguaskill) and French.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
