Job Summary

Oversee the mass processing and integration of compensation data into core HR systems within People & Capability. You will prepare, validate, and load inbound Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templates for events like annual merit cycles and bonus payouts, then troubleshoot upload errors to ensure accurate Workday processing. Partner with HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards for correct behavior across pay components and grades, while maintaining audit/compliance and continuously improving EIB integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, validate, and load inbound EIB templates for mass compensation events such as merit cycles, bonus payouts, allowance changes, and grade/profile updates.
•Review error logs and validation reports from EIB uploads to identify data discrepancies and ensure accurate downstream processing.
•Collaborate with HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams to ensure compensation data behaves correctly across pay components, grades, and profiles.
•Ensure mass data loads and compensation structures comply with internal policies, pay equity standards, and local/federal regulations.
•Continuously refine and document EIB integration processes to reduce manual data-entry bottlenecks and streamline future compensation review cycles.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience loading and troubleshooting Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) in an HR systems environment, preferably Workday.
•Strong attention to detail to reconcile large datasets, trace data mappings, and interpret error logs.
•Proficiency with product management practices and agile delivery, including tools such as Jira.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, data transformation, and formatting for web services).
•Ability to communicate effectively with IT, Payroll, and HR teams to explain technical data constraints or requirements.
