Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 application support for COTS cardiovascular healthcare systems, ensuring incident and problem resolution meets SLAs. Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and perform maintenance activities such as patch validation and upgrades with vendors and internal teams. Support change and release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning, while coordinating stakeholders and maintaining HIPAA- and security-aligned documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely service restoration and SLA adherence.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and use proactive problem management practices.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; conduct regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate configuration changes, patches, and upgrades through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, escalations, and regulated healthcare workflows, while maintaining runbooks and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in the Healthcare Provider domain with strong knowledge of hospital workflows and operational support.
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proficiency supporting cardiac diagnostics workflows (ECG, EP, cath) and cardiovascular systems/telemetry/remote monitors.
•Experience with DICOM, cardiology reporting, and modality connectivity, including integrating cardiology systems with EMR, PACS, and device gateways.
•Familiarity with cardiovascular applications such as IntelliSpace Cardiovascular, Vericis, ProSolv, Centricity Cardiology Workflow (CCW), and registry abstraction support (ACC/STS).
