Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop the e-merchandising team across merchandising, planning, SEA/data performance, and visual merchandising/editorial animation.
  • •Drive category strategy and business growth via product offer & planning, omnichannel, SEA strategy, and editorial/visual merchandising across the website.
  • •Manage buying activities and closely monitor product supply across all website categories, optimizing sell-through and months of stock objectives.
  • •Produce accurate regular reporting on category performance by country and implement action plans based on business evolution.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and central European/group digital teams; train CRC teams ahead of collection and product launches and establish partnerships with E-Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a university or business school.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in Retail Merchandising.
  • •Experience in e-commerce.
  • •Strong strategic vision with the ability to manage a business unit holistically.
  • •Strong management skills to lead and motivate a team, plus analytical and commercial mindset.
