Key Responsibilities

•Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain drum and IBC (tote) filling stations and belt-driven conveyor systems.
•Operate two-sided drummer and tote filling stations via HMI/PLC, including package setup and verification of fill weights and sequencing.
•Operate industrial forklifts with attachments to palletize and stage packages and perform related warehouse duties.
•Pump liquid chemicals and connect bulk tank trailers/pipe headers using hoses; operate pneumatic, manual, and motorized valves to direct flows.
•Complete daily documentation (inspection sheets, work orders, JHAs, offloading checklists), perform minor maintenance, maintain quality control, use PPE, and do housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Possession of or ability to get and maintain a TWIC card.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Ability to wear respiratory protection, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in temperature extremes with a good safety record.
•1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment, tank terminal, truck/rail loading, process/pipeline, forklift, or mechanical/instrumentation experience.
