Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain drum and IBC (tote) filling stations and belt-driven conveyor systems.
  • •Operate two-sided drummer and tote filling stations via HMI/PLC, including package setup and verification of fill weights and sequencing.
  • •Operate industrial forklifts with attachments to palletize and stage packages and perform related warehouse duties.
  • •Pump liquid chemicals and connect bulk tank trailers/pipe headers using hoses; operate pneumatic, manual, and motorized valves to direct flows.
  • •Complete daily documentation (inspection sheets, work orders, JHAs, offloading checklists), perform minor maintenance, maintain quality control, use PPE, and do housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Possession of or ability to get and maintain a TWIC card.
  • •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • •Ability to wear respiratory protection, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in temperature extremes with a good safety record.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment, tank terminal, truck/rail loading, process/pipeline, forklift, or mechanical/instrumentation experience.
