Job Summary

Perform advanced scheduling work for ONEOK’s crude oil pipelines and facilities, including nominations and confirmations, ticketing, and month-end closing activities. Coordinate with operations control center, operators, customers, and partners on nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow, and operational orders. Analyze and prepare reports covering allocations, inventory/storage balances, flow and capacity issues, and shipper splits, while supporting future projects and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Initiate schedules for crude movements on pipelines and/or at facilities to ensure nominations are filled and ticketed per contracts and published tariffs.
•Coordinate with operations control center representatives, operators, customers, and internal/external partners regarding nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow, and operational orders.
•Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders on analysis, review, development, and implementation of future projects.
•Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Calculate, prepare, review, and analyze reporting such as allocations, nominations/confirmations, flow/capacity issues, measurement discrepancies, storage balances, power optimization initiatives, shipper splits, tickets, and end-of-month closing processes.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 79,000 - 119,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant job-related knowledge/experience; engineering, accounting, finance, or a similar technical discipline preferred.
•Experience collaborating and communicating effectively.
•Thorough knowledge of scheduling crude oil pipelines and facilities, including product movements, inventory management, customer service, and scheduling/nominations software.
•Experience analyzing and resolving scheduling issues or questions.
•Experience reading and interpreting contracts, agreements, reports, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, and company policies/procedures.
