Quality Analyst

Monitor and evaluate the quality of work against timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards. Document quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements for management review, and use the findings to support employee feedback and training. Ensure proper application of internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures while working with the assigned area’s products, services, and computer systems.
