Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify continuous improvement opportunities with the enterprise lead team, develop process improvements, and implement solutions.
  • •Influence an improvement and innovation culture within the program and the Maritime Sustainment portfolio.
  • •Engage and facilitate stakeholders across the program to promote innovation and process improvement.
  • •Develop and implement CI activities, process/procedure documentation and tools, communication and education programs, and run workshops as needed.
  • •Support change management and RI&O management by attending RI&O workshops to identify improvement opportunities, while championing Lean principles.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a business or continuous improvement role, including process analysis/mapping, problem solving, stakeholder management, and change management.
  • •Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement efficiencies in a large complex program (defence or maritime environment preferred).
  • •Good knowledge of asset management frameworks and fundamentals.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance for the role.
