Job Summary

Support 300mm semiconductor wafer processing as an ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) process engineer within a customer-facing consulting team. Work with customers and Field Service to resolve complex hardware and process issues using systematic troubleshooting and data-driven methods, while meeting CSA performance KPIs and service agreement indicators. Help develop and transfer service products, performing on-site optimization to accelerate technology ramps.

•Work closely with customers and the Field Service Organization to meet CSA performance KPIs.
•Resolve hardware and process issues using systematic troubleshooting methods (DoEs, FDC, Analytics).
•Engage with customers to understand issues, interpret technology and service needs, and identify opportunities for Applied service engagement.
•Work with customers and local service teams to meet service agreement performance indicators/entitlements.
•Develop and transfer service products with the service business unit and service products development team, including on-site optimization.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: EUR 48,000 - 66,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable
•5-7 years of experience in semiconductors
•In-depth knowledge of 300mm ALD process and tools
