Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end stock management for the territory to ensure optimal stock levels and sales support.
  • •Ensure merchandise availability aligned with sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and events across stores.
  • •Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes with RIC follow-up to prevent shrinkage and aging of stock.
  • •Coordinate with SCM and floor teams to optimize stock turns, promotions, and pricing within budget norms.
  • •Lead inventory hygiene, including goods-in-transit clearance, damage management, and timely corrections to maintain accurate stock levels.
