Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager - Real Estate

Join the Cost Management division to manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties for real estate construction projects. You’ll prepare cost estimates and final cost plans, lead procurement and tendering activities (including pre-qualification and tender analysis), and support contract administration through variations and final accounts. Working with clients and stakeholders internally and externally, you’ll help deliver immediate projects within a highly successful team.
