Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end proposal development process from request intake through content creation to final delivery for Technology industry pursuits on the West Coast, including ability to work West Coast hours.
•Collaborate with business development teams and subject matter experts to understand client needs and craft tailored value propositions.
•Develop executive summaries, approach methodologies, and solution narratives that address specific client challenges.
•Curate and customize professional biographies, case studies, and qualification statements, and research industry trends and competitive positioning to enhance proposal messaging.
•Ensure quality control via editing, formatting, and compliance with firm brand standards and proposal requirements; coordinate with pricing specialists and incorporate stakeholder feedback while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Requirements
