Key Responsibilities

  • •Split time between working as MAC makeup artist at base store and travelling to focus/reputation doors to provide in-store support.
  • •Lead by example with professionalism, customer service and makeup artistry while at counters and during onboarding of new artists.
  • •Identify training needs through Retail Managers and provide coaching/feedback to artists.
  • •Enhance competency of MAC artists by observing, giving feedback, and supporting skill certification and omni selling training.
  • •Contribute to the design and delivery of core training modules and Education initiatives, including in-person and virtual sessions.

  • •Proven experience as a Makeup Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of looks and techniques.

  • •Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
