Job Summary

Serve as an SME supporting RTX mission area and program operations, driving efficient management of government and customer assets. Review DoD/DCMA and RTX contract and proposal requirements to establish consistent, holistic property management practices. Lead change initiatives, facilitate process streamlining, and communicate proactively with internal/external customers and program teams. Develop and deliver awareness topics to educate mission areas and help achieve organizational goals.

•Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RTX mission area and program operations.
•Drive improvement and efficiency through innovative solutions related to customer assets and front-end contracting.
•Serve as a change agent leader and facilitator to support process integration and streamlining.
•Communicate with internal and external customers to shape proactive relationships in a dynamic environment.
•Interact with programs and business partners to maintain organizational goals and deliver awareness topics to mission areas.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (3) to eight (5) years of prior relevant experience, depending on education level.
•Experience with Government Property, Supply Chain, or Operations.

•U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience is required to work with asset/property activities across customers and programs.
