Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost savings strategies for assigned categories, including vendor qualification and supplier consolidation.
  • •Partner with stakeholders on business roadmaps to create sourcing pipelines and supplier strategies.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to meet savings objectives while balancing stakeholder priorities.
  • •Measure and manage supplier performance against negotiated SLAs, including KPIs, scorecards, and QBR processes.
  • •Drive RFI/RFPs through proposal review with business, compliance, security, and legal, from bid to contract execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and/or Operations with 7+ years in a senior procurement role.
  • •Build and execute category strategies to deliver savings.
  • •Negotiate complex, high-stakes buy-side contracts and deliver lowest total cost of ownership.
  • •Develop financial analysis and spend data, including operational metric dashboards and KPI/scorecard reporting.
  • •Practice best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting).
