Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure manufacturing readiness for CPO products at NV manufacturing partners.
  • •Collaborate closely with RnD, PE and Operations to ensure robust manufacturing capabilities of CPO products and assure mass production is running smoothly.
  • •Yield analysis monitoring and drive continues improvement initiatives for NPI production lines.
  • •Maintain products’ quality by improving test stability, coverage, design and manufacturing process.
  • •Provide onsite engineering support: technical ownership and support for product or tests issues, test infrastructures and tests setups

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics and/or related field
  • •5+ years’ experience in mass production, wafer or die-stack sort, final test, and data processing & analysis
  • •Experience in high-speed optical and electrical test and measurement equipment, control, data acquisition and test automation, good knowledge and experience with IC production flow, especially for test & product engineering know how
  • •Hands-on HW debug experience with strong problem-solving ability
  • •Excellent communication/presentation skills in English
