Job Summary

Ensure effective design, coordination, and delivery of HVAC systems across building project stages—from design development and tender preparation through project administration to completion. Lead the HVAC design process with cost-effective, innovative solutions, coordinate drawings and specifications, and review team inputs. Conduct site inspections, oversee installation and commissioning, and support fast-track, mission-critical facilities. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to maintain compliance and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for HVAC system design, coordination, and integration across all project phases, from design development and tender preparation through project administration.
•Lead the HVAC design process to promote cost-effective and innovative solutions.
•Coordinate project documentation (drawings and specifications) and review team inputs.
•Conduct site inspections; oversee HVAC installation and commissioning; attend project meetings for building developments.
•Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure HVAC design intent and compliance with codes and standards, while identifying and managing risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
•5+ years of relevant engineering design experience with mechanical systems.
•Experience in engineering consulting, particularly for healthcare facilities or project management.
•Knowledge of healthcare-related guidelines such as HTM, ASHRAE, and CIBSE.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in a team.
