Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic HSE advice and guidance on company, client, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Communicate and monitor HSE objectives, initiatives, and performance using KPIs, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • •Lead and support incident and accident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • •Develop HSE improvement plans and oversee HSE arrangements across office and project locations to ensure compliance.
  • •Deliver HSE inductions, training, coaching, and inspections, including maintaining an HSE visit programme and sharing lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a technical role with relevant HSE experience.
  • •Previous HSE experience within a relevant industry.
  • •NEBOSH Certificate and recognised HSE auditing experience.
  • •Good knowledge of applicable industry regulations and HSE requirements.
  • •NVQ Level 4 or IOSH qualification (desirable).
