Execute Allianz Group people initiatives across Asia Pacific by supporting workforce transformation and strategic workforce planning. •Drive upskilling, reskilling, and productivity enhancements aligned with the Rapid Productivity agenda, including AI upskilling initiatives.
•Contribute to org streamlining and high performance organisation targets by setting goals, monitoring progress, and supporting senior leadership analytics.
•Plan and lead SWP workshops, manage stakeholder needs, and drive communication strategy and follow-up processes to measure effectiveness.
