Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor manufacturing equipment as a Field Service Engineer/Customer Engineer, acting as the direct liaison with customers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, and handle troubleshooting including symptom confirmation, root-cause investigation, parts ordering, and repair work. Coordinate with a small engineering team and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, supported by structured training and OJT.
