Job Summary

Lead and develop a senior team of product managers within the Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group, turning risk mitigation into customer value. Define strategic vision, pricing and growth drivers, and make trade-offs between automated AI/ML solutions and operational support. Own the product authority in partnership with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations, driving alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Formulate and execute a strategic vision that transforms risk mitigation into customer value, balancing pricing strategy, revenue drivers, and costs.
•Direct, coach, and elevate a team of product managers within the Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group.
•Define clear use cases in an ambiguous space and decide when to deploy automated AI/ML solutions versus operational support.
•Serve as the ultimate product authority for Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud, partnering with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations on resilient, auditable capabilities.
•Drive alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations and make tough prioritization trade-offs to unlock long-term value.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with progression into leadership, launching and evolving complex products across the product lifecycle.
•Hands-on people management experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers.
•Highly analytical, metrics-driven decision-making with strong understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and portfolio management.
•Strong conceptual grasp of AI, machine learning, and advanced data-science models; comfortable collaborating with engineering on data-driven products.
•Clear communicator who can drive cross-functional alignment across technical, commercial, and executive audiences without direct authority.
