Job Summary

Support end-to-end implementations and deployments of software, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. Lead or support projects from kickoff to launch, configure integrated platform capabilities, and oversee secure data migration. Drive testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot integration defects, and resolve production blockers. Serve as a primary technical advisor and communicate status, timelines, and risks while training users for faster time-to-value.

•Drive or support end-to-end enterprise infrastructure or software deployments from kickoff to launch.
•Configure advanced platform capabilities including integrations, security requirements, data mapping, and client-tailored configurations.
•Oversee secure extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of client data.
•Lead product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify root causes for integration defects, and resolve production blockers.
•Act as a primary technical advisor to high-value stakeholders, manage stakeholder communications, and standardize reusable implementation playbooks.

Key Requirements
