Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted HR advice on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and other related HR matters to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate sensitive client and employee meetings, including consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations related to separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Administer offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and continuously identify process improvement opportunities, including automation and product development for customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • •Understand employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues to research and translate findings into practical client and stakeholder guidance.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
