Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage early with Sales and engineering during tendering and sales phases, then execute new sales projects from contract signature through customer handover.
  • •Manage a portfolio of projects using the BEUMER Stage Gate model, including planning, specifications, design, production, and installation/commissioning planning.
  • •Lead the project team across the full life cycle; manage scope/requirements, supply chain, change, risk, and continuously identify/manage opportunities and risks.
  • •Own overall project delivery: quality/capacity, technical execution, schedule, and financial performance; develop and update project schedules and budget reporting/control.
  • •Support site during installation/commissioning and final testing; ensure QSHE standards are met and close projects in the system with complete customer documentation. Also participate in site progress meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, construction management, or similar) or at least 5 years of relevant industrial project management experience.
  • •Project management experience delivering projects, preferably in the mechatronic/industrial automation industry.
  • •Strong technical background (electrical, mechanical, marine engineer or similar).
  • •Strong contractual and commercial knowledge to manage projects per contractual and commercial terms.
  • •PMP certification required or must obtain PMI/PMP within one year of hire.
