Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team delivering operational excellence in non-investment front office and client operations, including client onboarding and servicing.
  • •Oversee and occasionally complete day-to-day operational tasks such as trade process management, cashflows, and client queries for pooled and segregated mandates.
  • •Set and drive the regional strategy for Global Investment Operations practices, including vision, systems environment direction, talent management, and technology project oversight.
  • •Drive implementation of strategic initiatives for investment operations and support long-term growth and profitability plans for APAC.
  • •Act as senior Operations representative on regional committees and boards, owning operational reporting requirements and supporting strategic expansion activities for new products and asset class strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid track record in Investment Operations with broad Client Operations experience, ideally within a Global Asset Manager or Global Asset Servicer.
  • •Proven ability to be a hands-on people manager and player-coach, driving team goals and ownership for outcomes.
  • •Demonstrable experience driving transformational change in a global operating environment.
  • •In-depth technical knowledge across multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives) and investment strategies.
  • •Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal environment in the regional Asset Management industry.
