Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, performing software development, testing, and operational support as needed.
  • •Take end-to-end accountability for a product/service, identifying and developing technology solutions to meet customer needs across the customer journey.
  • •Create automated test plans and records (unit and integration tests) to ensure code quality in automated test environments.
  • •Support DevOps teams across releases/changes with customer focus, domain knowledge, and help resolve operational issues.
  • •Automate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines and meet service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive IT software engineering experience using Agile methodologies, with frontend and testing experience an advantage.
  • •Proficient knowledge in GCP and Ali Cloud.
  • •Hands-on engineering capabilities with state-of-the-art technologies.
  • •In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • •Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) plus strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
