Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for and perform repair, modification, installation, and replacement of aircraft structures and structural parts using task cards.
  • •Review task cards with the Engineer/Supervisor to confirm scope, documentation, priorities, and safety precautions before starting work.
  • •Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications to required standards, accurately identifying, recording, and reporting defects or damage.
  • •Ensure proper tooling/equipment is drawn from stores and returned in good condition; execute task cards and sign off in the Maintenance Information system without errors.
  • •Enforce safety precautions and human factors management, maintain housekeeping standards, and communicate with engineers, technicians, and relevant teams for smooth coordination and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Structural/Airframe discipline) or equivalent technical discipline.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in airframe modification/repairs and parts installation/replacement on large commercial aircraft, preferably Airbus types.
  • •Ability to perform fabrication activities and carry out work using approved technical data and maintenance procedures.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance task cards, and engineering instructions.
  • •Strong attention to detail focused on safety and compliance, with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
