•Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
•Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for partners and Glovo.
•Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
•Take ownership of partner onboarding in the app, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs and pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution.
•Problem solver with a data-driven, analytical approach; detail-oriented.
•Highly organized, proactive, with strong time management and prioritisation skills; able to engage in strategic planning and hands-on execution.
