Key Responsibilities

  • •Customer Success for Strategic Accounts: Assist with onboarding and feature rollouts for large enterprise clients
  • •Technical Exploration & Rapid Experimentation: Run short 1–2 day explorations on new ideas or client needs — testing features, building small prototypes, connecting APIs or tools, and presenting quick learnings to guide decisions
  • •Drive Key Business Projects: Support on upsell campaigns, churn reduction, pricing strategy, and event prep
  • •Feature Adoption: Promote new features (like our video generation tool), boost usage, and collect user feedback

Salary: USD 1,500 monthly
