Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, document, and continuously improve compliance processes and frameworks to scale GRC operations across commercial, International, and USG environments.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audit cycles (including FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001) to ensure evidence collection, remediation tracking, and timely stakeholder communication.
  • •Maintain a complete view of project-related compliance state, including audit timelines, control implementation status, and continuous monitoring obligations.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows, ensuring accountability and proactively resolving issues that may derail projects.
  • •Partner with engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to drive GRC deliverables through the software development and compliance lifecycle, including adoption of compliance-related product features and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work from the country listed on the job posting and be based within a commutable distance of your local Palantir office.
  • •Experience managing compliance programs for an enterprise software company, startup, or other organization.
  • •Experience with multiple GRC frameworks and standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and USG frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, or CMMC.
  • •Excellent judgment and composure during active audits or compliance incidents.
  • •Experience with risk management methodologies such as maintaining risk registers, conducting risk assessments, and managing third-party or vendor risk.
