Job Summary

Experienced HVAC engineer leading design teams in a multidisciplinary project environment. You’ll oversee preparation of project documents for heating, cooling, sanitation, ventilation and electrical systems, collaborate with specialists and consultants, and contribute as a technical lead on VVS tasks for industrial, hospital, school and office projects within a local Swedish context.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise designers in the field of VVS (heating, ventilation, sanitation) and ensure accurate handling materials and project deliverables.
•Prepare and deliver project documents and drawings in collaboration with specialists and other departments within WSP.
•Coordinate with external consultants and client representatives to ensure alignment and timely approvals.
•Act as a technical owner for VVS in multidisciplinary projects and ensure compliance with Swedish standards.
•Collaborate across locations in Växjö, Karlskrona, Malmö and Helsingborg as needed to leverage broader expertise.

Key Requirements

•Many years of professional experience in installation consulting, contracting, project management or similar roles in the industry.
