Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care in patients’ homes as a Mobile Phlebotomist, performing venipuncture, specimen collection, and related low-acuity services. Ensure you arrive prepared with PPE and supplies, use modern mobile technology for scheduling/charting and HIPAA-secure messaging for coordination, and manage samples by proper labeling and drop-off to labs or shipment facilities. You’ll also support additional trained services such as retina imaging and ECGs.

Key Responsibilities

•Begin each shift prepared with the proper supplies and PPE for patients in their homes.
•Use mobile technology to access scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
•Provide patient-centric low acuity and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
•Perform additional services as trained (e.g., diabetic retina images, ECGs, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams).
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Bilingual Spanish and English speaking.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus National certification where state licensure requirements don’t apply.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to travel to patient homes.
