Design and implement modern enterprise applications using Pega Constellation, acting as a primary subject-matter expert. Key Responsibilities

•Drive architectural design and development of Pega Constellation applications from scratch as the primary subject matter expert.
•Develop and extend Pega UI components using React JS to build modern, responsive user interfaces.
•Design technical solutions in Pega Infinity while adhering to Pega guardrails, reusable enterprise layers, and security standards.
•Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, including code reviews and enforcing Constellation-specific design patterns.
•Design and implement robust REST/SOAP integrations and DX API services, and optimize performance across backend rule resolution and frontend UI rendering.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, configuration, and deployment.
•2+ years of production-level experience building frontend web applications with React JS.
•Proven hands-on experience playing a lead role in building and deploying at least one Pega Constellation application.
•Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred.
•Strong understanding of Pega Cosmos, DX APIs (v1 and v2), and Pega integration with modern JavaScript frameworks.
