Job Summary

Operate and troubleshoot pipeline electrical and control systems, including medium-voltage switchgear, PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and SCADA/DCS components. Install, inspect, maintain, repair, calibrate, and adjust instrumentation and analytical equipment such as flow computers and probes. Perform preventative maintenance and testing, maintain electrical power circuits and security systems, and keep accurate maintenance, safety/environmental, and schematic records. Respond to hazardous pipeline conditions and support DOT-related functions when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain electrical/electronic, control, and automation equipment used in pipeline systems.
•Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
•Maintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution for pipeline operations.
•Install and maintain security/intrusion systems and drive company vehicles as assigned.
•Maintain and prepare reports/records, including maintenance/repair logs, safety and environmental reports, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and loop sheets; respond to hazardous conditions as required.

Salary: USD 79,000 - 119,000

Key Requirements

•Experience using and functioning of tools and equipment applicable to the position, including manual/power tools, electronic testing devices, and control devices.
•Experience and training related to gas processing fundamentals and computers/software.
•Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, charts/diagrams, gauges, procedures, and equipment manuals.
•Experience preparing, processing, or verifying maintenance and repair records, safety and environmental reports, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and material/supply orders.
•Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, tools, and control systems; ability to apply basic algebraic formulas and communicate instructions verbally and in writing.
