Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and deployment of AI/HPC data centers from concept and reference design through construction, commissioning, and go-live.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate NVIDIA guidance for power distribution, cooling, controls/monitoring, and network/cabling into robust customer designs.
  • •Review and evaluate customer/partner design packages and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • •Develop pre-deployment audit plans and establish QA/commissioning processes for power, cooling, rack/server integration, telemetry, and control systems.
  • •Oversee construction, integration, and bring-up with contractors, OEMs, service providers, and customers; mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree/equivalent experience/certifications preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers with a focus on MEP design, construction, and deployment for high-density AI/HPC or mission-critical environments.
  • •Proven data center engineering, operations, or infrastructure management experience with responsibility for large-scale deployments and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of data center power, cooling, controls/monitoring, and structured cabling for high-density deployments.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex programs from design through commissioning and hand-off.
