Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship by contributing to technical design, implementation, debugging, testing, and release work while staying fluent in the codebase.

  • •Make evaluations part of product development by defining metrics and turning production failures and customer feedback into representative tests, datasets, and guardrails.
  • •Turn strategy into owned outcomes by setting milestones and operating rhythms, improving forecasting, and surfacing risk early.
  • •Stay close to customers by understanding tax-professional workflows and making product calls when product leadership isn’t present.
