•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and support staff to drive revenue growth and portfolio performance.
•Drive new business development and deepen existing client relationships through tailored solutions and cross-selling.
•Oversee P&L performance across assigned markets and deploy resources for highest impact.
•Partner with Relationship and Portfolio Managers to ensure credit quality, risk management, and compliance with policy and regulatory standards.
•Serve as deal team leader on significant opportunities, recommending credit structures and participating in loan approval processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,940 - 233,040 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
•7+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, or specialized banking.
•Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client portfolios.
•Ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.
•Pursue or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 2 years (preferred).
