  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and support staff to drive revenue growth and portfolio performance.
  • •Drive new business development and deepen existing client relationships through tailored solutions and cross-selling.
  • •Oversee P&L performance across assigned markets and deploy resources for highest impact.
  • •Partner with Relationship and Portfolio Managers to ensure credit quality, risk management, and compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
