Senior Social Researcher

Review and triage service requests, assess case risk levels, and route urgent and routine cases to the appropriate case-management specialists. Conduct initial studies through interviews and supported documentation, perform field social research with specialists, and maintain case databases. Communicate intervention plan steps and timelines with clients, follow up on service developments, coordinate meetings with internal/external service providers, and produce case reports and records while complying with information security policies.
