Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and screen service requests, assess initial risk levels, and classify cases for referral to relevant specialists.
  • •Refer high-priority/high-risk cases and notify the concerned parties to determine immediate response and required interventions.
  • •Collect and document initial case study data through interviews and review of supporting materials, using approved electronic systems and case-study forms.
  • •Conduct field visits/social studies with specialists, prepare reports, and update case databases based on visit outcomes.
  • •Coordinate internal/external service-provider meetings, communicate intervention plan steps and timelines to clients, and follow up on service progress and inquiries under supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or Psychology or equivalent.
  • •2–4 years of experience in the social service field (job category: social development and care).
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (conversation and writing).
  • •Ability to conduct interviews, review supporting documents, and prepare initial case assessments.
