Job Summary

Support customer marketing and operations for the East Chain Retail business by translating brand, category, and customer plans into disciplined execution. Coordinate with broker partners and internal teams to build customer-facing activation materials, planogram and merchandising inputs, and launch readiness. Track customer deadlines and operational follow-up actions, prepare performance updates and customer meeting materials, and support product listing applications with provincial liquor boards across Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate customer marketing activities and operational execution for East Chain Retail customers and broker partners.
•Support activation calendars, customer materials, planogram and merchandising inputs, launch readiness, and execution tracking tools.
•Partner with KAMs, Category Manager, Marketing, CSP, Supply, Finance, and brokers to resolve issues and ensure disciplined execution.
•Monitor customer deadlines, planogram implementation windows, service issues, data requirements, samples, marketing assets, and follow-up actions.
•Support product listing applications with provincial liquor boards (e.g., SAQ, LCBO, NSLC, NLC, PEILCC) and prepare performance updates, customer meeting materials, action logs, and operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer marketing, sales operations, retail operations, broker coordination, commercial operations, or project coordination.
•Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
•Good understanding of chain retail and planogram cycles, customer marketing materials, or merchandising (asset).
•Ability to collaborate effectively with Key Account Managers (KAMs), broker partners, Marketing, CSP, Supply, and Finance teams.
•Ability to manage multiple deadlines and customer-specific requirements in a fast-paced environment.
