Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
  • •Generate work instructions and standardized work, act as a voice of the customer, and partner with EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant safety; lead hands-on factory project implementation and support electrical testers (Panel, Frame, HiPot, end-of-line).
