Key Responsibilities

  • •Design agentic AI target architectures, roadmaps, and implementation requirements for client problems.
  • •Act as a bridge between business, IT, and management to translate requirements into scalable and efficient AI architectures.
  • •Create safe and precise memory architectures, compliant multi-agent systems, and tool/skill workbenches.
  • •Design and oversee tracing-, monitoring-, and evaluation systems for agentic AI.
  • •Define and guide AI guardrails and security measures with Risk/Compliance and lead technical documentation and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in the architecture and delivery of AI solutions in Finance.
  • •Experience designing agentic platforms, including multi-agent systems and memory/tool/skill workbenches.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Copilot Studio, and related tooling.
  • •Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems (e.g., Langfuse or Weights & Biases).
  • •Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
