•Build the Playbook (0 to 1): Take new initiatives from a blank sheet to a functioning business, leading ideation and incubation of new growth vectors.
•Strategic Execution & Category Launch: Define and implement strategy for entering new service lines and verticals, owning where to parachute next and how to win.
•Partnership Development: Build and grow relationships with early-adopter brands and agencies, understanding pain points to support labor and data needs.
•Market & Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitive landscapes, leveraging data to anticipate needs.
•Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to turn frontline learnings into scalable, automated processes
