Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Around 5 years of experience in transformation, project, or change roles within international, matrix organizations.
  • •Ability to work proactively on multiple initiatives with strong analytical and structuring skills in ambiguous situations.
  • •Experience in international or cross-border projects with strong collaborator management and relationship-building.
  • •Clear, concise English communication tailored to different audiences; Dutch and/or French are an advantage.
  • •A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with accountability, including experience working with global capability centers or multinational teams.
